I'm excited to extend the invite to you all to join us March 28th - April 27th for a special multi-course prix fixe menu inspired by the five African culinary regions. The @houseofbahfoundation students and I will guide you through this culinary journey, sharing the stories and significance behind each dish. Dinner seating's are available Friday and Saturday at 5:45pm and 8:15pm, with a special brunch service on Sunday. We at @houseofbahfoundation would like to achieve a few of these goals below using culturally affirming cuisines education as a catalyst. If you care to create a community where every cultures is valued, celebrated and shared equally, share our post, invite people to sign up using the link in our bio. Intermediate Outcomes: 1. Greater appreciation for cultural diversity in Omaha 2. Expanded social networks between immigrant and non-immigrant communities 3. Increased opportunities for immigrant/refugee chefs in the local food industry 4. More frequent cross-cultural and interfaith interactions in the community Long-term Outcomes: 1.
